Strange desktop folder bar
Hi,
Somehow i've ended up with a folder bar down the left hand side of my desktop which takes up to about 20% of the aailable screen. In it there are 3 headings 'Folder Tasks' - 'Other Places' and 'Details'. It's a pest and I don't want it but cannot get rid of it, Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Mike |

To get rid of it, go to Doug Knox's site, www.dougknox.com. On the left, click Win XP Fixes, then Remove Common Tasks from Desktop. -- Ken Blake - Microsoft MVP Windows: Shell/User Please reply to the newsgroup |
