Default How to map BOTH mouse buttons at SAME TIME?

I was hoping there was a way to map a simultaneous pressing
of BOTH the left and right mouse buttons at the same time
to a keystroke such as "ALT-D". Anyone tried this and
succeeded?

TIA,

Chris Mooney
