I have no sounds. I have tried everything. Could a person accidentaly
delete the sound card? My kids get on here and down load things and change things. I have done everything the book says to do. Debbie |

Check to see if the sound card drivers are installed
right click MyComputer/properties/hardware/devicemanager look under the sound etc tab anything thats missing a driver should be marked with an exclamation usually in red. If that is the case dig out the CD that came with your sound card or computer system and look for the drivers on the CD. then install them...usually an .exe file. The other way would be for you to right click the offending device and then Update driver....at which point you will have to point the driver wizard to the CD or let it find the drivers on the WEB. post back peterk -- "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, margarita in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"
