Default Being timed out after posting long emails or when filling out long

Recently, since July 13th, or there abouts, I have been timed out from my
internet provider webmail or when applying for a job and trying to fill out
the long application forms and then submitting them. A yellow ribbon across
the top of the page tells me I am timed out because of excessive length. So
I asked the support person of my provider service who called me and he
determined it has to with security, and that there is nothing he can do about
it, and told me to use word or works to write the copy and paste into the
webmail or forms to reduce the time. I need to confirm that something in
security programs is causing me to lose out on a job opportunity that I need
to bring in(. . .watch, when I send this, it may happen even now, with this.)

Operating system (include the edition and service pack level at least)?
Security suite installed (name brand and version)?
Web browser being used (IE, Firefox, etc and what version)?
