everything I print off of hotmail is cutoff on right side
of page. Tried on two seperate computers and accounts at home , same results. Whats the fix?

Nothing to do with IE, or Windows - this is a physical limitation of your printer. You need to set it up so that the page prints within the unprintable area. What that is, only you know as I can't see your printer from here!
