Switching Wired to wireless when undocking Laptop

I want XP to switch to my LAN connection when I connect it to my docking station and then automatically switch to wireless connection when removed from the docking station. can this be done or do I have to disable/enable the wireless connection everytime
I want to disconnect from the docking station to go to a meeting?
