Oreally That's a video driver issue. "atidxx32.dll". You have an ATI/AMD video card. Note that, a number of modern software programs, seek "acceleration" via the video card. When you see video artifacts, crashes or the like, one solution is to find a preference to "disable acceleration". The other, is to look for a later video driver. That helped the poster here. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/i...e-bded3573b9e3 That used to happen with the Adobe Flash plugin as well. When Adobe first started doing "acceleration" with the video card, there were some difficulties. Disabling acceleration allowed a user to continue using the software. Video card "VPU" recovery takes a short period fo time. Short enough, that software really should not complain. If there is an issue, it means the applications software is not prepared to set up its connection to the video card again, when required. Purely a guess, Paul |

Stop using GPU (hardware) acceleration in the web browser. It rarely helps unless you're playing online video games. Video drivers, all too often, just don't work well in this mode. Internet Options - Advanced tab Enable the "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" option. |
