Default Nested start tiles

Is the ability to drag one start tile onto another and create a nested
set of tiles a new feature in Creator Edition, or have I just overlooked
it until now?

Start tiles?

Yes, tiles on the start menu. The big gaudy square buttons for those
that have touch screens. Just like phones that allow you to group
icons on the home screen.

And yes, it's new to Creator update. I read that too on the
propaganda MS sends me in email.
