Default XP PRinter Issue

-----Original Message-----
In the past two weeks whenever I open up Control
Panel/Printers I get an error message. I get the same
error message every time I try to print from the
internet. It's an ambiguous message and doesn't tell me
what is wrong. It just says "windows explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close). IF I move

the
message out of the way, I can continue to print.

However
if I respond to it and tell it to send the problem to
Microsoft. It throws me back to the desktop.

well the only problem is that whether ur explorer is

corrupted so try reinstalling ur emplorer or hit set up
of windows
