Default ftp to port other than 21

Hi,

how can I connect to a ftp server on a port other than 21? I'm trying with:
C:\ftp host port but that is not working. Neither is hostort. What
other ways are there? Obs: I want to use the command-line for this.

Try:

c:\ftp
ftpopen
To hostname.net 80
Connected to hostname.net
....
