Default Restricting access to C: drive

Hello I just wanted to know if it was possible to
restrict access to my C: drive. So when someone is using
word for instance and wants to save a file to the hard
drive they will be forced to save it in a particular
folder, and thats all they will be able to see.

Anyones help is appreciated :-)
Thanks
