WIndows Messenger Self-Loads
OK, here's the deal...I keep removing this annoying thing
and it keeps coming back, like the terminator. I;ve tried all of your suggestions (command strings, registry changes, removing it in control panel, et al). I have it narrowed down to this...whenever I sign OUT of MSN Explorer, it automatically reloads 4.6 on my system. Can I stop it or is it a glitch in Explorer? I have 6.1 installed and that should be enough right? What's a guy to do? Please please please help me! |

Greetings Dave,
This is correct, MSN Explorer *requires* Messenger, if you remove it, it will simply reinstall it. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Messenger/MSN Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "Dave" wrote in message ...
