Default Change Disclaimer Message in WM v5.0?

-----Original Message-----
I want to change the text in the message windows that says
"Never give out your password or credit card number in an
instant message conversation." Is that possible?

Thanks, Daniel

This Jonathan Kay Guy doesnt know what he's saying, just
editing the registry will not work...

The string is located in msgslang.dll in the string table
130 - string 2078

Grab a copy of Resource Hacker and see if Im not correct.

Greetings,

Indeed, this "feature" has been there for a long time, there is no need to resource edit
anything -- if the string doesn't exist, then it shows the default message, otherwise it
shows whatever what string value is set to.

and this is the only way (cause I tried the registry edit)
to get rid of that message.
