Default Mail System DLL is Invalid

When trying to route an incoming fax through an email it fails and this Mail
System DLL is invalid error appears if manually trying to send the fax via
email.

I have outlook express installed although I cannot find out how to remove
this.

I have no clue how to get rid of this error so would really appreciate some
help.

Thanks
