Folders Deleted in OE

A few weeks ago I realized all my folder in outlook express had been deleted
exact the +..in,,out..sent etc, I thought somehow I did it without knowing.
2 days ago again they were gone and my computer is not running properly. I
have run every virus..spy..ad program and also went to Al my updates ate
currant. I even scanned it Norton Web site..nothing were found,

Yesterday I was at a site and noticed that questions in newsgroups.
Someone just posed the exact thng.

Any Ideas?
