Removing Items from Taskbar
Is there any way to remove the items on the lower right
of the taskbar without actually uninstalling the associated program? I know you can select to hide them, but I'm looking to actually remove them from the list altogether. |

Removing Items from Taskbar
Check the program itself for an option to prevent loading at Startup.
Click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the Startup tab and disable the item there. -- Doug Knox, MS-MVP Windows XP/ Windows Smart Display Win 95/98/Me/XP Tweaks and Fixes http://www.dougknox.com -------------------------------- Associate Expert ExpertZone - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone -------------------------------- Please reply only to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
