printer won't down load
See the following KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;324757 If you upgraded, you should also uninstall and reinstall as you've corrupted the drivers by keeping the printer connected during the upgrade. http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm By the way, you CANNOT download a printer... it won't fit through the largest T3 line, let alone a DSL or dial up connection!
