Default print margin

Outlook Express (OE) uses Internet Explorer (IE) settings for printing. To
control the OE message body print size:
IE4: View, Fonts
IE5+: View, Text Size
For margins, see in IE: File, Page Setup

If the left margin is already set to minimum, another tip I've picked up is
to go into IE and type "&b&b" (without the quotes) in the footer section of
page setup, which centers the message on the
page.

Everything printed from email or the web has the left edge cut off.
How does the left margin get set.
