Default Printing on 2000

I have set a small Microsoft network in one of our
offices. The office has a mix of Windows XP Pro and
Windows 2000 Pro. I attached a printer to the Windows
2000 machine and shared it so everyone can use it. When
we log on to the XP machines as the admin we can see the
printer and add it, but when we log back in as a user we
can no longer see it. I thought I had heard something
about XP and 2000 machines and printing, but for the life
of me I can not remember what it was.
