System 32 pop up

Default System 32 pop up

As Windows XP loads, the system 32 window always pops up.
I click on the x and it disappears. How do I keep this
from appearing each time I start the computer?

Scroll down to line #260, right-hand column - System32 Folder Opens Upon
Boot

Also, have a look at this MSKB article regarding that issue:
