You need to run Windows Update & get this & all critical updates. Run that
regularly. Enable your firewall. Run good, updated AV software. Etc etc etc.

Depends on the particular value for "this".

Lanwench points out that a genuine 835732 exists, but we can't tell
you whether the "835732" you have is that update or some malware that
happens to use the same name as a way of getting you to run it.

If your "835732" arrived as an email attachment, or via IM, or via
peer-to-peer file sharing, or you downloaded it from a site other than
Microsoft's, then it's most likely to be malware.
