Default window sizing

Just recently I seem to be having a problem bringing up
program windows. They are coming up in small size approx
2" x 2" and I have to click on the top corner to enlarge
them to full screen. Can this be changed
Thanks

First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window
and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using FileClose,
or FileExit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember
the last screen size used the next time you open the program.
