Default Missing: Quick Launch Bar - REWARD!

Well, there is not really a reward. I have tried line 30
on Kellys-Korner. I got nothing. I would have tried:

"Go to C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
(where user_name is replaced by your login name)
Create a Text file called "Show Desktop.SCF" with the
following contents:
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop"

But I have no clue. Come on! Somebody has to know how to
fix this!!!

Thanks

Line 30 reads:
Windows XP Doesn't Save User Settings
Change Associations from the Run Command

Showdesktop.scf is to get back the missing Show Desktop shortcut on the =
QL.

But your problem is?
--=20
