Default XPP SP2: HOW TO see the full list of accounts?

Is there some way in XPP SP2 to see the full list of user accounts?
Specifically I'd like to check if the IUSR_machinename user account
exists, and if so, see its SID, its Group memebership, its properties,
rights/permissions etc..
The IUSR_ appears to exist as I can refer to it in IIS Manager but Control
Panel's "User Manager" doesn't show the IUSR_ account and it is not shown on
the log-on screen at start-up time.

Start -- Run -- LUSRMGR.MSC (or COMPMGMT.MSC then look under Users and
Groups)
