Default Not being asked to save/open file when clicking an mpg/mpeg file i

Hi,

When I click an mpg/mpeg file in IE 6 SP2 in Windows XP Pro SP2, the default
download-popup doesn't show. I am not asked to save or open the file. A blank
page opens only showing this logo and nothing seems to happen:

http://gcboweb.ngdc.net/~mor/img/mpg.bmp

It has nothing to do with the server that the file is located on, as it
happens on every server I have visited trying to watch an mpg-file.

Can someone please help me?

This only happens with mpg-files and not wmv and avi.

Thank you in advance

To me, in the website you showed below does not work. It seems website mpeg
is unavailable. Do you have windows media player? What kind of edition? I
think you do not have to worry. Just simple try in another computer and see
it comes up what you expect. If not problem with the webhosting server that
what you are going to look is unavailable
