Default New connection wizard problems

When I go into the new connection wizard and under
internet connection I select setup manually I cannot
select "connectnusing a broadband connection that requires
a user name and password" it is greyed out. I only allowes
me to select connection that is always on.
Any one now how to fix this or what is causing it to do
this?
Thanks
Rick

Rick,

perhaps you made another choice that now doesn't allow this.

I'd try to go through the wizard once more and check each option
very carefully, perhaps also using the help information before
making each choice.

Had the same problem, never was able to solve problem. What I did find out is
you need to buy a broadband router, set it up and you problem is solved.
