Missing Dial-up settings
Hi, I'm running Windows XP Home Edition SP1, and recently the Windows gave a
blue screen error at startup, saying ole32.dll was corrupted. I did a repair installation of Windows using the Windows XP Home Edition disk, that was not even SP1. Managed to start Windows after that, but my dial-up settings are missing, and the network adapter retrieve IP addr from the ADSL modem router (limited or no connections). Please advise where to modify the registry to correct this problem. Thanks! |
