Windows xp pro/sp2 stalls at personal settings
Windows stalls after reboot at the personal settings page. When I choose my
name only the background picture I choose comes up - not the start menu or any of the taskbar items. I have tried rebooting a couple of times in the past and the came back, now it won't . I have tried reintalling Win XP Pro. No difference. I was able to get in to write this question because I boot up from the windows xp disk. Any help wuld be appreciated. Tahk you
