Unlock computer box

My dialog box shows my user name twice, once with the domain name and the
other right after that in parentheses and as far as I know no one else seems
to have this problem...Is there any way I can get the second name out of that
box?

Check if two users exist in the Control Panel User accounts and if
so, delete the unwanted account.

Sean,
Make certain that before you remove an account, that you have checked on =
& moved any files/documents in it's My Documents folders.
