Default Access Denied For Administrator

i have been experimenting with the account policy, and i have accidently
denied the built in administrator access.

can anyone help me??

How does one "accidentally" select "Deny?" Anyway, do you have another
account with administrative privileges that you can use to put things
right? If not, a repair reinstallation may be in order.

The Message I Get Is "windows cannot log you in because os account
resctriction"

Default Access Denied For Administrator

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if it makes any difference in case the
account is disabled. Can you logon as any other user that is an
administrator or any user at all? If you can run the command net user
administrator and net accounts and post the results here in a reply. Do you
have any other computer that you can access the locked out one from the
network or to put it's hard drive in if need be?? --- Steve
