Default Windows AntiSpyware Notice

Just had a window popup with following.

Windows AntiSpyware Notice
? An Internet Explorer Web browser object requires your approval.

change generally occurs when software is installed. You can allow this
change if it is rcogonized and expected.

Name: Microsoft Windows Operationg System
Description: Shell Browser UI Library
Publisher: MS
Path: c\windows\system32\browseui.dll

Allow Block
Send to Spynet

I CLICKED "ALLOW", not knowing for sure what I was allowing. (only
because it was from MS)

Curious, what did I approve? I have NOT made any software changes today.

Thanks

bently

Browseui.dll is a IE component that contains functions and resources
for browser UI manegement. You did the right thing by allowing
it internet access.
