Default Where does it store the "Pane" menu items?

Where does Messenger store the extra items that show up in the conversation
window?

I want to remove things that I will never use and have just shown up.

Or easier, how do just hide that area of the conversation window entirely.
I am referring to the side pane that has as one option "I want to..."

Any help is greatly appreciated.
