Default Unexplained log-out

Gentlemen,
I keep getting small screen messages stating "Messenger will log-off because
it has been log-on in another computer", when my desktop and laptop are
not simultaneously on. Why? Which one? Where is that other computer?
But even if both computers are on simultaneously, each Messenger is log-in
into different addresses. This is MSN version 7.5.0324
Any explanations or solutions?
Thanks in advance
