Default Capture still image from Video

Is it possible to capture a still image from a video conference or any video
communication using Messenger? Either one, MSN or Windows?

Thanks.

Greetings,

The easiest way to do so is to press the Print Screen (Prt Scrn or similar) key on your
keyboard, then open up Paint (or similar program), and paste.

Really feel stupid at the simplicity of this. Never, ever crossed my mind
that I could do it this way...........altho I use Print Screen so often for
other things.

Thanks so much...................
