Good Morning,
When I click on a link in newsgroups nothing happens.

Default Newsgroup Links Won't Open

Hi,

Close your newsreader and any instances of internet explorer. Then click
start/run or hit the Winkey+r, type 'regsvr32 urlmon.dll' and click ok. You
should get a message that it registered successfully. Try reopening your
newsreader and clicking on a link.

What IE version?
Is SP2 for WinXP installed?
Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs | Set Program Access and
Defaults; what is the default browser?
