Welcome Screen Language
Hi everyone,
I am having a problem that I am using Windows XP Media Centre Edition with Localization Pack of Traditional Chinese. I have 4 users in this computer and 3 of them using English and one using T. Chinese. Now that I can finish the above setup. However, the welcome screen remains to be T. Chinese. Can anyone suggest how I can change it back to English? Thanks a lot. Dave |

Welcome Screen Language
Oh thanks so much.. but would it affect my current setting? i mean right now i can make 3 users using english and 1 using chinese... Thanks in advance. Dave M. Rajesh 寫道: Hi, A localization pack is different from setting the languages in the control panel. What a localization pack does is install the language specific files so that the entire OS is now seen only in the langauge and not in English though there may be some words in English. So if the localization pack is applied even the splash screen and welcome screen all change to the respective language. The only way to get back to english is to uninstall the localization pack. -- Regards M. Rajesh www.winxpsolution.com.
