Default 3 questions about IM

1. Besides exporting/importing a contact list, is there a way to move it to
another PC?
2. When clicking IM icon in a Outlook message window, IM window pops up so
you can talk to the message sender. At the same time, the sender's email
address will be added in IM contact list automatically so you don't need to
add it in manually. Why sometimes the address not be added in the contact
list when IM whindow pops up?
3. IM automatically logs on exchange server when a user logs on domain so no
need to do it manually. Sometimes user got logged out and has to manually
type in logonid/password to logon. why it happends?
