Default white board

Can't get the white board to work in Windows Messenger Live. It says a
problem on the other end and cannot connect. We have turned off
firewalls and Spybot.

Default white board

Greetings,

Any routers? If so, they need support UPnP, or else the Whiteboard won't work.

In most cases though, you don't need the whiteboard. Just click the handwriting tab in the
conversation window, draw there and hit Send. No additional application required.

The tab in question is on the same line as "Last message received..." just look at the
right-side and hover over with your mouse.
