Default Multiple Faxing Problem

Hi,
I'm having problems sending multiple faxes from the Windows Fax Program. I
go through the Fax console and select nmultiple fax numbers and then when I
try to send them all 1 of 3 things happens.
1 - they all send - no problem
2 - some but not all appear in the Outgoing folder and send.
3 - None appear in the Outgoing folder and none send.
Number 2 is the most frequent.
Does anyone have any idea as toi why this is happening and if so a solution.
Thanks.

Default Multiple Faxing Problem

Are you opening/watching the fax monitor during these
events?

HiGary,
It seems to do it whether the console is open or not.

Default Multiple Faxing Problem

I understand that the problem is mostly consistent, but
the fax monitor(assuming MS fax product usage) shows
the real time result(s) of the currently active fax operation.

Additionally, the fax monitor is not the fax console. The
fax monitor is started by: fax consoletoolsfax monitor.

And then, expand the display via the more to show
the detail. By watching this monitor during the operation,
you may be able to see what is taking place.

Alternatively, if you think the problem is modem related,
you may gain additional information from the respective
modem log. This log will show all modem commands
and responses. You may not be able to diagnose the
full modem log, but detailed research may request it's
text.

You get to the modem log with:

control panelphone&modemsmodemsselect the
specific modempropertiesdiagnosticsview log.

But, the probability that the problem you're having is
modem related, is very unlikely. I would suggest you
watch the fax monitor carefully, and listen to the modem.

I would also suggest that you drop the recipients back
to 1, and increase the recipient count as operational
stability increases. That might make diagnosis easier.
