Default XP Fax printer console outbox

I send approximately 40 faxes at night using the XP Fax wizard. Lately about
half of the faxes are not going. They just sit in the outbox as though timed
out. Is there anything I can troubleshoot to make them go more successfully?
Could it be a lack of virtual memory? I am at a loss as to how to correct
this. Thanks.

Could it be a busy line(s)? Or, some other dialing
fault? Do you listen to the sequence while these
fax operations proceed?

For a somewhat adequate diagnosis, open the fax
monitor window, and watch the progress.

The fax monitor window is obtained via fax console
toolsfax monitor. The presence of this window will

show the progress of the fax.

Additional modem technical information can be found
at control panelphone&modem optionsmodems
"select the specific modem"propertiesdiagnostics
view log. This may be useful also.
