Default defining user accounts in XP home

I want to define user accounts on my home pc, so that my kids can only access
certain websites with their own password/user account. How do I do that?

Default defining user accounts in XP home

Ope the Help and Support app on the Start menu, and type into the Search
input box:
User Accounts overview

See the entry on "Limited accounts"
