wrong language...driving me mad !!!!!

Default wrong language...driving me mad !!!!!

running xp home , most times when i try to install or run a new program it
gives all the instructions in French!!!
I would realy prefer my native language ... English
How can i get this to run properly

Default wrong language...driving me mad !!!!!

Go to Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel.
Check all settings.
It is possible one or more is French.

thanks for the reply buy it hasnt helped as there are no other settings for
languages other than English selected in regional and language options.
Have you any more advice please?

Did you check all the settings?
Language is just one.
The region setting is more likely to be the cause of your issue.

said it was grammatically correct.
