Default EOleSysError

Catastrophic failure.

Event viewer:

Faulting application infobank.exe, version 31.3.0.0,
faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.3119, fault
address 0x00012a5b.

infobank.exe is a program that I wrote in Borland Delphi. It
has been working fine for years.

When I get this error, reboot, and then things are fine.

I have Win XP, SP2, Dell. I called Dell, and they said the
issue is not hardware. I put in a disk to check the hard
disk. No problems. I vacuumed the dust from the fan.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
