Default activation looping

Had virus on computer. Did fresh install of X PRO SP2.....entered KEY...setup
finished. Rebooted asked to activate. Activated ok. Rebooted asked to
activate again. OK window said already activated. Did repair install..same
looping. OEM version of XP...local built 2 years ago. No longer in business.
Found out there is a reg hack to bypass it. Cannot get phone# for MS to do
reg hack.

Take the phone activation option, when you try to activate.
We don't do Reg hacks here, lol.

You are prompted to activate Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 every time
that you start the computer
