Cool Create new profile?

Hello, My default mail client is Microsoft Outlook. When I try to send a file of photos via email I am told that "No profiles have been created, to creat new profiles, use the mail icon in the control panel" So, when I click the mail icon a mail box appears which gives me the option to add a profile (there are none currently listed). When I click "add" a box appears that says "New Profile, Create New Profile", and there is a box within the box that asks for "Profile Name" problem is, I don't know what to type in there. It seems to not accept anything that I put in there. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello kensgolf, you can actually type any name you like in that box. Does any form of error prompted when you are configuring it?

If you need the step by step procedure of how to configure your outlook, this might help you. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918 It's directly from microsoft support. Hope this help you.
