I am a novice at computers allthough ive had one for 3 years recently its
been getting very slow so i used the clean up and the defragmentation
programs (no better) Now i cannot get internet explorer to save any
passwords.CAN ANYONE HELP.? THANKS

The first thing to do is to determine whether the computer is
virus/malware-free:

How about your RAM and HDD?
could you give specs of your computer and also OS?
