Default wireless zero artical 871122

Hi,

I see Dudi is asking the same thing. I had dlink and my lap top couldn't
connect to the internet. My regular computer can. I just switched to Charter
and they told me they could do it. They said they ran every test they know
and it all shows it is working, but don't have a clue why it won't connect. I
went to the microsoft web site and checked out eh artical 871122 and can
follow it most of the way, but then it comes to a spot where I don't have it
or it didn't work.

How can I get connected to my internet explore. In my wireless connections
it sates I have Dell Wirelsse 1390 WLAN mini-card. My home computer doesn't
state that.
What is the deal. I use to be able to log on so something got clicked on or
off.
