Icon title background transparent!
Can someone please tell me how to make the background of
the title of my icon on my desktop transparent. I have a solid color behind it right now and it drives me nuts! Thanks a ton. |

Click Start, right click My Computer & Properties, click

Additionally you might also want to uncheck "Lock web items on desktop" at desktopright clickArrange icons by..
