Default Icon title background transparent!

Can someone please tell me how to make the background of
the title of my icon on my desktop transparent. I have a
solid color behind it right now and it drives me nuts!
Thanks a ton.

Click Start, right click My Computer & Properties, click
Advanced, under
Performance, click Settings, scroll down,
click Use Drop Shadows for Icon labels on the Desktop.
