One posting is quite sufficient Lois!

First you'll need to uninstall anything that you've installed already.
Follow the instructions at my website at:
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

Since it's an All in One unit, you'll also have to delete references to the
Fax drivers under Server Properties..... and then right click on My
Computer, look for the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Look for
the line Imaging Devices and click on the + to expand the tree. Highlight
and right click any references to the HP scanner device and select
Uninstall.

Then reboot the PC.

Download a new set of drivers from the HP website at http://tinyurl.com/6rri

Follow the instructions for installation at the HP website at
http://tinyurl.com/iutn

Do NOT connect the All in One unit to the PC until the software tells you to
do so.

Cari I found it easier to just order the xp driver disk from
HP. It was totally free. It should have been I used a
crippled 750 for almost a year. It cleared up all of the
problems. The printer must be disconnected for the
software to uninstall the old drivers.
