HP Photosmart 1115
I have had my printer for about six months and never had
a problem with it until one month ago when it told me "color cartridge not compatible" so I bought a new color cartridges and there is no longer a message but it still won't print anything color. Please help! Sheryl

It's still under guarantee so contact HP and they should replace it.
